At Kings Island, we believe young people need role models, not rules. That's why we work with coaches and mentors who understand what it's like to grow up with questions, pressure, and ambition. They use their experience to guide young people in their growth process.
Our coaches are certified professionals with experience in youth counseling and personal development. They focus on strengthening self-confidence, teaching discipline, managing emotions, and making conscious choices. Coaches look beyond behavior and help young people gain insight into who they are and what they need to grow.

Coach
Ocho combines street smarts with entrepreneurship and creativity
expression. As a recognized coach and co-founder of Kings Island
he guides young people in their personal growth and leadership.

Ibs is a certified coach, co-founder of Kings Island and the face behind
'Do Something' is the bodyworkout movement that challenges young people physically and mentally.
With years of experience in 1-on-1 coaching and group training, he helps participants
to build discipline, push boundaries and become stronger from
inside and outside
Mentors
Mentors guide young people in talent development. They help them develop their creative dreams, goals, and steps toward the future, whether it's in music, sports, entrepreneurship, or media. The mentor stands by the young person as a guide, sparring partner, and motivator.
